Toronto Plaza Hotel

Stayed here with my three kids all under 7 during quarantine. Great food and clean rooms. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and eager to help make our stay comfortable. It was an overall great stay taking into account quarantine requirements. Shout out to Tony working the front desk, very helpful and kind.

I stay at this hotel because it's affordable, clean and I get to the airport on time. It's worth it not to have to leave my truck at airport parking. It's safer at the hotel. The beds are comfortable the rooms are clean and you get breakfast in the morning. Yes it's not a 5 star hotel but it is well worth the money to stay here. The food at the bar was enjoyable

Very bad experience, hotel has bad smell all over, its a big building but very poorly managed. Hotel service, very poor quality, broken furniture, Hotel shuttle driver has dual role, the driver and the receptionist. Just standard to poor quality food. corridors has bed smell, faulty lifts. Hotel was full of asylums. Far from city. Not advise to stay.
