Do not stay here. It's filthy. The staff don't care. There is no parking. We were told after we paid that we had no hot water for our stay. The door did not latch properly. Needed extra lock and to barracaded it. There were multiple violent issues through the night. Police came multiple times. Smashing glass, someone got thrown into our door more than once. Not worth a penny. They do not care.

It was a terrible experience. There was usually nobody at reception. When we entered the lobby, the receptionist considered it more important to carry on a personal call on his phone (since he was speaking a foreign language) than to attend to guests. He seemed not to know what I said to him - since there was no response - so I had to repeat in a louder voice. He yelled at me that he had heard everything and that he knew English, but he didn't (he pronounced I heard as I heeerd ) so he wasn't very proficient in basic English and also downright rude. We always had to wait for him to show up - a 2 or 3 minutes delay. When we were leaving to hand in our keys (and we were honestly glad to get out and never have to deal with him again) we had to wait 2-3 minutes again (together with another guest who was also leaving) before he seemed to arrogantly honour us with his presence - as though we were inconviencing him. We will never go there again.

On the positive side, the staff was very polite. There is parking on the street but no true hotel parking. The room was shabby but functional. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not great. The coffee was first luke warm and the next batch was very weak. Given that other hotels were more expensive in the area, it is economical to stay here.
