A motel that saved our vacation. Best Western canceled three nights on us in a sold-out Montreal. We looked across the river and thanks to Dania who works at the Omni Hotel, we found two nights at this motel. Nothing superlative. It is a motel. Clean, small, and cozy rooms. It has a nice park in front with wooden tables for picnics and a pedestrian path for walking along the river. The most beautiful sunset I have ever seen in Montreal. The girl at the front desk deserves praise. Very sweet, helpful, and always smiling. Great price compared to the city center. 10 minutes by car with Uber

We were visiting Montreal for a concert as a family, traveling 10 hours to get there. We first intended to camp, however at the last minute, decided to find a hotel due to the extremely hot weather. We were not disappointed with this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and felt safe. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and they went above and beyond to make our visit pleasant. Front desk attendant Nancy was extremely helpful with giving us some help to figure out the transit and metro stations, and was so friendly! Would stay again if we come back to Montreal.

I have been staying in one of Motel du Fleuve's long-term apartments and have had a really great experience. -Super friendly and responsive staff. -Very clean and modern room. -Any of my requests or questions have been immediately answered and addressed by the owner in French or English. -The outdoor pool is well maintained and very nice to have easy access to in the summer months. -I feel safe in my room and on-site which is very important to me. -Amazing location: beautiful view of the river, nice path along the water for walking/biking right there, 7-minute drive to a grocery store and shopping on South Shore, and 15-minute drive/Uber to downtown Montreal.
