Motel Ritz

I was very surprised this motel was very clean and nice room . The staff are very friendly and helpful . Fresh coffee at the office in the morning was much appreciated . Great value for the price and close to downtown Ottawa and other sites !

It’s definitely not the best place on earth to stay. It’s somewhat dirty , bed was ok but the room definitely need some love. It’s nice to be able to park outside your room but at this price and based on the room’s dirty condition, I would not be back for sure

I would have liked to write a good review, but it's really dirty, the heaters are disgusting, the joints around the bath and sink are black, the moldings are extremely dirty. The rooms are in dire need of washing and repainting. No smoke detectors in the room. On the other hand, the staff is friendly, the sheets and towels are clean. I hope improvements will be made. On their ad it says “It feels like home”!!!???
