Private room for 110CAD. Cons: 1/ extremely noisy. It's 12:30 and the people at the hostel are eating, and making a hell of a noise. You know, it's music. Not at all relaxing. 2/ the room is full of light in the dark; impossible to sleep if you need to be in the dark (door frame , bright red exit sign in the room, soupire has only one piece of fabric to act as curtain or shutter) not to mention the noise! 3/ area close to a community center full of homeless addicts. Not very safe. (If you're a woman, you better get home before dark.) Pros: 1/ On the other hand the by market is within walking distance. 2/ rear parking for 13CAD In all, I do not recommend! Run away!

Very dirty room, found dirt and hair on the bed. The bathroom was also very dirty, with a door that didn't lock. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Wouldn't recommend if you are travelling alone as a woman, as didn't feel particularly safe.
