The pool was not clean at all, incredible noise at night, we could hear all the footsteps of the people walking above our rooms, no stopper for the bathtub, not at all consistent with the excessive price.

A new discovery! We went to this hotel and everything seemed clean. It has been 4 months since they finished the renovations, which are completely to my taste. This hotel is located across from the Hilton Lac-Leamy, which makes for an easy evening of gaming. One aspect that I value with all my heart is the welcome when we arrive. The receptionists were pleasant, attentive, and welcoming. The check-in was quick, and they informed us about what the hotel offers. We had a luxurious and welcoming room with every comfort. A big thank you for giving us a high-category room at the same price as a basic one. We enjoyed the saltwater pool, a good hearty breakfast, and good service. Thanks to all the administrative staff, reception, and the culinary and maintenance team. Without you, our stay would not have been wonderful.

Hello, I am a Hilton Honors and Hilton Grand Vacations member. I have experienced a good number of Hilton hotels and their affiliations across North America with satisfaction. I just experienced this Gatineau hotel with members of my family. For a funeral occasion, I had booked 3 rooms for one night. So, arrival at 9:00 PM in the evening and departure in the morning at 7:30 AM. Two of our rooms had a door that connected to the room next door. These doors were not soundproofed. We were disturbed by the sound of people talking normally in those rooms during the night and watching TV. The hotel front desk manager indicated to us that the hotel was full. It was impossible to improve our situation. For the third room, a large puddle of water was on the floor caused by the air conditioning. It required an inspection by a technician who finally indicated that this air conditioner had been having problems for a week. My relatives were finally transferred to another room. It is unfortunate because you can see that Hilton has invested in this hotel to improve their rooms, but they forgot to soundproof them for the rooms that can have a connection with another room. The mattresses are good and the bedding is impeccable.
