Hotel Pavillons Le Petit Manoir du Casino

We were in the other section, the pavilion. The room was clean, but the hallway was full of trash and stains at the entrance, like garbage bags dragged on the floor. The hallway was really not clean.

We took the superior room, king bed and river view. We were on the top floor. Simply breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence, quiet and peaceful. The room as well as the hotel were clean and well maintained. Very welcoming staff. Bonus: Wine by the glass bar, self-service.

Very bad experience, billing error at the restaurant, person at check-in not very interested, error at the spa, not the right massage. Very ordinary for the price of the package
