Decent hotel, unfortunately located in an unwelcoming place of Laval. Room clean and pretty enough, no more. Internet too slow, casting directly on TV is difficult. Common areas quite well maintained, but carpets are dirty. Swimming pool too cold for it to be pleasant. Inefficient air exchanger. The rooms get wet quickly. Too small bathrooms, it's impractical. Air conditioning old, noisy and difficult to adjust. Comfortable bed, but the bed base makes noise if you move. It's very disturbing all night. Highway side to avoid if you are looking for absolute silence. It is better not to choose the first level, if you want to have a nice view. Space for lunch big enough. Decent lunch, but lacks a bit of choice.
