With Stultifying Ambivalence this hotel went from 4 stars to Zero! We’ve stayed here 9 times in in 9 months. Rooms were clean & updated-staff were friendly & welcoming. -4 Strikes in 2 months … 1. TV remote was missing-the continually revolving front desk admin was completely indifferent and left the problem with us to solve 2. Unbeknownst to us, the place has begun construction with painters at our window (on our balcony) at 8am until we departed. That said, stuff happens & we gave it another chance—until today… 3. Arrived last night to a place under complete demo & partly rebuild condition with minimal parking…having to haul luggage across a field, through barricades and a hazardous construction zone. 4. 6 AM wake up call to construction outside our window…unacceptable. To add insult to injury…upon check out, instead of being greeted with a customer centric friendliness & appreciative manner, we were updated with a new rule- apparently dogs are no longer allowed. Don’t worry Thunder, we won’t be back🐾——-As very clean, quiet and courteous guests, it is most definitely their loss.

The room was booked for 2 double beds it had only one so they gave us 2 rooms Staff were great very friendly but the rooms are not very good the air conditioning was bad and the Tv was something out of history .The selection of channels was not good.I did have a plus they had room to park my truck with trailer the rooms were clean just really outdated

DO NOT STAY HERE, THEY CHARGED US $250 FOR THE NIGHT, NO AIR COND, DOOR TO THE HALLWAY WAS FALLING OFF THE HINGES, THE HANDLE FOR THE WINDOW TO THE PARKING LOT WAS BROKEN AND YOU COULD SEE RIGHT OUTSIDE. THE WORST WAS THAT WE BROUGHT HOME BED BUGS FROM THIS HOTEL!! When we pulled up I thought it looked pretty sketch, and if I wasn't so tired and my husband not feeling well, I would have driven all the way home. We ended up paying $1000 to get our home treated and the Manager of the hotel denied they had bed bugs and only offered us 20% off our payment. I will continue to post this review until we get out money back.
