Chateau Beauvallon Hotel

We are far from the castle! This hotel is actually an apartment hotel with no breakfast and no restaurant. It is located on the side of the busy road that leads to Mont-Tremblant. That being said, the rooms are clean with kitchenettes (fridge, stovetop, microwave). The rooms have no windows! A bit like a cave. There is a relatively clean heated pool and a nice hot jacuzzi, with towel rental. The staff is really unwelcoming. In short, you shouldn't spend too much time there!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience so future guests know what to expect. At first glance, this hotel has a quaint charm and appears to have a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by poor management, disappointing service, and a lack of amenities. The most concerning incident occurred when a staff member aggressively banged on our door and accused us of smoking marijuana in our room. We had not smoked in the room. The interaction was confrontational and completely unnecessary. When I later spoke with management, I was told they had reviewed the security footage and had heard me call the employee an "a**hole." Knowing that our conversation was being monitored to that extent left me feeling uncomfortable rather than supported as a paying guest. Beyond that incident, the overall guest experience was disappointing. The staff were generally unfriendly and did not make us feel welcome. The carpets throughout the hotel appeared dirty and in need of a thorough cleaning. There is no on-site restaurant, as it closed years ago, and the bar is only open on Fridays and Saturdays. If you're looking for food or drinks at other times, your only on-site option is vending machines stocked with junk food. Housekeeping was not provided during our stay. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and cell phone reception in the hotel was poor, making it difficult to stay connected. A hotel is about more than just the building—it's about hospitality. While this property has a charming exterior, the management and overall guest experience make it difficult to recommend. There are better places to stay in the Mont-Tremblant area that provide friendlier service, better amenities, and a more welcoming atmosphere.

Very old room. Very dirty carpet. No restaurant for lunch. No possibility of having to drink or eat in the room. Everything is very disappointing.
