Superb hotel, great staff. The food at the restaurant is very good, we ate well. We will definitely go back.

What can I say about this hotel… everything is perfect! Reception: warm welcome, always available to answer our needs and questions. Room with a balcony overlooking the atrium, truly superb, large, very clean, and well-appointed. Mattress a bit hard, small pillow really very, very soft. Each room has its own identity with an image representing the region. Beautiful, well-appointed bathroom with a large shelf allowing us to put all our products there. Too bad it isn't a large walk-in shower. Beautiful heated outdoor pool. How pleasant it is to enjoy the pool and the indoor spa and, as a bonus, have the singing of the birds. Paid pool table. In the lounge, you will find a bar, board games, a coffee machine, a vending machine for soda and other products, and the ice machine. The packages are very attractive. We chose the cruise to Grosse-Île and the Irish Memorial and we loved this excursion. You can buy a lunch box when you pick up your tickets from Croisières Lachance, just before you board at Berthier-sur-Mer, which is a 15-minute drive from the hotel. It is very pleasant and enjoyable to walk through the Atrium to go eat at the hotel restaurant L'Oiselière, La Couvée. The menu is really varied and the portions are generous. Considering that everyone's tastes are different, overall, it is really very good. Dogs are allowed. Excellent value for money. We go back again and again!!!
