All Suites Majestique Downtown

The most disgusting place I've ever been.  There were bugs and hair everywhere in the bathroom. A massive hole in the ceiling, cracked sink. There is no staff in the premises and my reservation was for 4 people and I had to wait for almost 2 hs until someone showed up to give the extra bedding and pillows that I booked for. I had to phone several times until I reached someone to tell me the code for the lock key.  I really don't understand how come a place like this is called a Hotel. Wi-Fi was not working. The TV was so old that the images were only in 2 colours.  The worst place i ever stayed in my life.

First of all it is not a hotel. No check in, no staff... you need a cell phone to comunicate with someone. Also, broken sink, bugs and dirty bathroom. Wi fi was suspended. More than two hours to receive the bed sheets and towels. I DO NOT RECOMEND!

This suite was not cheap. I paid $477 for 2 nights, 2 people, and there are no words to describe the disaster. It has a devising sponsored rating of 4+ nice photos. thanks to this place I now know that a sponsored rating exists . In reality, no staff is present; the rooms are filthy dirty and don't ever gets cleaned.Most fixtures were moldy or broken, and there is no air conditioning in the summer. Wifi was on and off, no one to talk to. they do not answer phone calls. Our bedding were used and wrinkled. we stayed there the 2 nights only because we had no alternative. the city was packed with students. Do yourself a favor and look at travelers photos and reviews
