Beausejour Hotel Apartments/Hotel Dorval

Greeted by crowds of smokers outside. The place reeks of weed. The inside smells of smoke, weed, musty. Given a room in the basement. Website photos are definitely misleading. Many broken odds and ends in the apartment, dirt and filth in all the nooks and crannies, walls are filthy. We kept our shoes on and didn’t touch any furniture. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Spend the extra hundred bucks for somewhere decent.

I tried to reach the management by calling on +15145763370 but no success. I have sent a letter to info@hoteldorval.com to explain the circumstances I'm waiting for the response to see if they can refund my amount. This is the worst experience of my life! Noisy, not soundproof at all, it smells of dust and the service is lousy! I got sheets "in a garbage bag" to make my bed on the futon and it stank so bad. I strongly recommend this place. And only lies on the booking site.
