Best Western Plus Downtown Europa

Stayed one night. Nice hotel with helpful staff. Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Location is very good close to all amenities. Would recommend for your next stay in Montreal.

The hotel is well located within easy reach of shops and restaurants. It's around a 40 minute walk to the Old Port. The cost is very reasonable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel could do with updating, some areas are showing signs of wear and tear. The problem with the lifts is what lets the hotel down, these urgently need upgrading. For much of our stay one was out of action, meaning we had to use the stairs, not a pleasant experience.

Spacious room. Well-equipped bathroom. Cleaning needs to be reviewed. Good welcome.
