Comfort Inn Sherbrooke

The only comfort found at this Comfort Inn is the comfort of the bed. The air conditioning/heating is very noisy in the room! Customer service is not this hotel's priority. All the employees we encountered don't seem to want to work there. I had requested in advance to have the room 2 hours early to get ready for a wedding since we were coming from out of town and we wanted to pay a fee for that… impossible! We called back closer to arrival and still impossible. They are not open to making concessions…we managed to get an hour early by calling back a 3rd time and begging them and explaining that we had done a lot Of driving and that we had to leave by 3pm to go to a wedding. We just wanted to change and get ready. The included breakfast offered until 10:00 from 9:15 there were no more eggs served only potatoes and sausages.. we asked if there would be others upon our arrival and we were told I finish at 10:00. The young employee was in a hurry to clean everything up and leave at 10:00. We said the breakfast is not offered until 10:00 she said yes there are potatoes and sausages but I don't make other eggs too late…no one with leadership at this place. I do not recommend!

The room was OK, But the walls are paper thing. People next-door were up most of the night didn't get a lot of sleep. Decided to leave a day early, but they would not allow me to check out a day early even though it was 7:30 in the morning without paying for the full room.

One night, on our return from our trip, we took a room. Beautiful Welcoming, we were treated, according to member status, to a room on the 1st with patio door. Room #105, old bathroom but with everything you need, comfortable beds. The Welcoming Assistant that evening, following our request, provided us with a restaurant list near the hotel for our dinner, much appreciated!
