COURTYARD MONTREAL AIRPORT

We arrived at the hotel along with many other stranded passengers whose flights had been canceled due to storms in Montreal. We were lucky to even book any hotel; we overheard people renting cars to sleep in! The stress and irritation from the Montreal airport was wiped clean by the incredibly gracious, helpful staff at this Courtyard by Marriott. Check-in was smooth. Room was new, clean, and well-appointed. The best part, by far, was the hotel restaurant. Imagine being a small, hotel waitstaff on a Sunday at 9:30 pm/ 21:30 and having a massive crowd of weary travelers wanting to be seated! We were so grateful to the waitstaff and kitchen staff for pushing out amazing, gourmet meals (we had the gnocchi and the pistachio gnudi, along with some much-needed Syrah!). At night, the room was so comfortable and very quiet. My family slept wonderfully. Breakfast did not disappoint either - treat yourself to avocado toast and banana bread with all the fixings you didn’t realize you’d need! The hotel put us on a timely shuttle back to the airport, fingers crossed!

We stayed here before flying to Italy and on our return from Italy we stayed here again. The hotel was lovely and so clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel has AMAZING food. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both meals were excellent. The wait staff were so friendly and attentive. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to and from the Airport which was so nice and the driver was so friendly and knowledgeable. We have enjoyed everything about this stay and our trip thanks to this lovely hotel.

Stayed for 3 days, great hotel, nice clean rooms comfy beds. Had to turn the air conditioning down to 65°F to get the room cool enough, but stayed cool once it got there. Only problem is the extremely slow and spotty Wi-Fi. Switched rooms (and floors) in case I was “too far away” but that wasn’t the issue. Same wi-fi issues in new room. Was hard to do video meetings and work online here. During peak times 1800-2200 the wifi speed slowed to ~4Mbps and dropped off frequently. Definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise it’s a decent airport(ish) hotel. It’s actually a fair distance from the airport, but the shuttle is great and they have an online shuttle tracking service which is pretty neat.
