Mediocre mediocre ...... Very disappointed with this hotel. Several facilities were broken or unusable: sauna, gym, pool table, air hockey table, etc. It was also impossible to connect Netflix or other applications on the television, with only a few English channels available. Even breakfast is not included, which is hard to understand considering the very poor quality of the place. Yes, the entrance has been renovated, but it does absolutely nothing to change the overall experience. Is it worth the price? Clearly not. I do not recommend this hotel I have 1 night left here and I have never been so eager to leave my vacation....

We stayed for 3 nights and would not recommend this hotel for a Montreal stay. Location is not ideal to get anywhere and there are no restaurants or amenities nearby. The positives - The lobby area and pool/games area were quite nice, the beds were good, and the housekeeping supervisor was very helpful to resolve issues with the room - thank you. The room was rough around the edges , the shower did not drain at all (was fixed), no bed lights worked so room was very dark. Security was a concern although we didn’t have an issue - the doors to the building did not close/lock and hotel room doors were a struggled to lock with the deadbolt. In fact , the chain on the 2nd door to courtyard wasn’t even connected to the wall. Lastly, my son ordered a pizza. The app said it was delivered to the front desks but the front desk said they don’t take deliveries. He went back again and asked a different person who asked him a bunch of questions about where it was from and what kind until he finally went to the staff room and brought out a cold pizza. The previous person walked by and laughed. I guess they wanted a free late night snack? Not impressed .

I would like to start by saying that I am the first not to trust negative reviews of the places I visit. I often think that it is mostly dissatisfied people who take the time to write, while happy customers move on. So I’m always trying to balance things out. So I'm not here to cry, but rather to give you realistic expectations. The hotel has been renovated. The entrance hall is really beautiful, and the common room with swimming pool, arcade and relaxation area is very nice. The vegetation gives a beautiful atmosphere, almost like traveling. However, if you are afraid of mice, this is not a place for you. I had left bagels in my room, in their packaging, and when I returned, the bag was torn and the bagels nibbled. There was also mouse droppings around. I was offered a room change, but you know like me that if there are mice in one, they're everywhere. I asked if they had any traps we could set and the answer was no. We haven't been offered any help changing rooms. In the photos you can see that people leave towels at the bottom of the door to avoid having intruders in their room Moreover, we feel a bit like in a basic hotel in Cuba...but not for the positive reasons..we have to go hunting for towels for the room...there were only 2 when we arrived for a family of 3.. no face cloth... and no idea if there is any for the pool... Speaking of swimming pool, it was closed, because there was no lifeguard... During our stay, a teenager passed through the ceiling — his leg could be seen sticking out on the ground floor... when the renovations were supposedly complete. The accompanying family of six was unable to use the sofa bed in their room: it was defective, and the sheets inside had not been changed. Another couple complained about ants... The Wi-Fi is poor... No cleaning products available at the gym.. It gives an idea of how clean the rest of the establishment is. If none of this bothers you and you’re not looking for a hotel with nearby services, it might still be a good fit. The staff is courteous and helpful. However, while there were about ten of us at the reception complaining about various problems, the receptionist took booking calls and kept us waiting. We then had to repeat our problems several times. So in this case, the negative reviews of this hotel are well-founded.
