The only good thing about the hotel is its location and friendly receptionists. This hotel seems to have an agreement to accommodate people from a hospital because at any time of the day you can see people in a wheelchair entering or people who do not have a Tourist Listing. The lobby has nowhere to sit, the only chairs there are precisely the wheelchairs of those who pass there. The room we were given has a door that connects to the next room, so you can hear EVERYTHING and at night I struggled to sleep because of the noise. The person who "cleanses" if anything just makes the bed, the rest leaves it the same and left some medicines of mine lying on the floor. Anyway, it is worth paying for a slightly more expensive hotel but where you can be quiet.

This is a hotel that the government pays for homeless, or low income. This is evident by a sparse hotel lobby with a row of steel chairs. The initial impression was that it was a homeless shelter as there were disabled people and many people just loitering inside and outside the hotel. As a frequent Montreal visitor, this did not feel normal from other hotels in the area. The manager called me a racist for pointing that out and said they have security onsite. I am unsure why security must be employed as Montreal is relatively safe. You could find better options at the same price point.

This was my third time here. I like the location as it is is two blocks from st. Catherine’s street and about 20 minutes from the playground and central to many other downtown attractions. Staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are decent for what you pay for compared to others in the area. The manager Asif is a good hosts. I also like that i can take my pets with me (for a fee of course) the only thing off about this this place is that available rooms appear to be used to house elderly, homeless, aboriginals which is all good as the same thing happens in the USA.
