Hotel Spa Watel

I will start with the things that were okay, the location is fantastic, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and our jacuzzi tub was clean. That's where everything else becomes just okay. The room looked nice on the surface, but if you looked to closely it was dirty, the sheets were stained and since they used a top sheet that was to small for the bed it wouldn't stay on and i personally don't like to touch a hotel matress... The toilet paper dispenser reminded me of a gas station bathroom and they provided 1 ply toilet paper, the toilet was also dirty as was the sink. The gas fireplace burned way to hot and there was no way to lower the temp without it shutting off. Thier cleaning staff need to be replaced or trained on how to clean and there needs to be some maintenance done on certain items. Unfortunately the restaurant is a joke, the food tasted good but the presentation wasn't up to the standards of the price! We were served our dessert in a plastic to go container... Overall for the price paid, it wasn't worth it.

Pas de service , toilet is blocked , they came to fix it but nothing will help . We are not the first time here but for sure the last , people don’t spend your money for a 0 service , they don’t care about customers

Very disappointing unfortunately... The photos are not representative. It's rather outdated... Very dark, uninviting rooms, disappointing furniture, sunken chairs, stains. Our room type had a window that looks out onto the hallway, which is a kind of veranda... So if you open the curtains for a minimum of light, you find yourself face to face with people walking on the floor. Fondue dinner on small patio-style tables, right in the hallway used for the spas, so everyone walks by in swimsuits during your romantic dinner. The spas are quite dirty... I can understand leaves and buds.... But also patio paint that is peeling and ending up in the spa water. Honestly, really disappointed... for the price you can definitely find better.
