Location was perfect, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable .Breakfast was disappointing, not much variety and very tight quarters for eating. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and while they asked us via email previous to our arrival if we were celebrating anything special and we responded, there was no acknowledgment of any sorts upon check in….would have been a special touch. Dirty dishes were left on a tray in the hallway for days, finally another guest brought them down. Disappointing given the price, enjoyed Montreal nonetheless.

My husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary here. What an INCREDIBLE hotel. The front desk staff were delightful. The valet service made parking a non issue. The room was superb! I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!

Really lovely visit to old Montreal. Hotel is perfectly located in the heart of buzzy old town. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a small range but everything is really delicious. We had a big family room and it was seriously huge. Really good shower and very nice toiletries.
