The room was very spacious, clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Truly superb! The elevator was broken so we had to use the stairs. The room was 2 floors below ground and we seriously wondered how we would get out in case of a fire. We shortened our stay and left after one night for that reason: we did not feel safe. Too bad for such a nice setting!

Don’t believe the website. The pix suggest luxury and elegance. Not so: it was dirty, dark, and threadbare.
Our stay was right after some severe thunderstorms. There was a leak in the ceiling with a few pots and pans on the floor to catch drips. The furniture was scuffed. Some baseboards were completely missing. Lamps were broken. The “fully equipped” kitchen was missing basic equipment, like a corkscrew. No maid service. Two small towels. We had to get more towels from the front desk to mop up more drips from the ceiling.
We got no advance notice that the neighborhood streets were under construction. The front desk staff were not able to give us phone directions on how to get to the hotel or the parking garage. It took us one hour to find it and park the car. The front desk staff could not mark a paper map with the location of the hotel. Their English was not very good. Neither was their French.
We were offered an alternative room on the basement level. The hotel smelled musty and moldy even on the sixth floor so we rejected the basement room. I have repeatedly asked SoSuite.com, which claims to handle reservations, to contact me. Silence.
Never again.

The staff was VERY POLITE and they're the best thing about this hotel.
It's a creepy place.
The elevator is one of those industrial ones, you have to keep holding the button to make it move. If someone leaves the grid open, it doesn't move from floor to floor. Very inconvenient when you're holding bags, and not accessible at all.
The rooms are enormous with edgy decoration, but a closer look reveals furniture that has been severely worn out, to the point of being uncomfortable. There's a thin line separating design choices from stooping.
There's no housekeeping, nobody goes into your room.
The fire alarm went off at 2 am waking everybody up.
There was a pipe dripping non-stop in my room, making it impossible to sleep.
There are deep holes and indentations on the floor, covered by rugs. I've injured my ankle and it's costing me money to get it fixed.
The bath/shower is poorly planned, every shower floods the entire bathroom - and it stays that way, with no housekeeping.
The beds come straight from a scary movie, cracking with every movement.
They don't have blackout drapes, making it hard to sleep on long spring & summer days.
The lobby was filthy-dirty, even if it hasn't been snowing for about 1 month now.
Can’t say anything about the breakfast because we couldn’t find it. There was never anybody at the front desk to ask.
If you like that underground, vilain-from-a-james-bond-movie vibe, you're in for a treat. It's rather scenic. Run from it if you're looking for comfort.
