I wouldn't stay here again. Room smelled musty and like someone had been smoking in it. Bathroom sink didn't drain properly. Coffee maker had been used and not cleaned in our room. Took at least 10 minutes to get any hot water. Parking is sketchy in the back alley which is dirty and disgusting - rats! Had to call a few times to have them move cars to let us in and out. For $30 "with in and out privileges", that's not really how it should work. Lots of homeless people but they were harmless - Montreal is a big city - you're going to have that anyway. Not accessible at all with the stairs - it won't work for strollers or anyone with a mobility challenge. I will say staff were friendly - just doing the best they can with what they have to work with. Once was enough for us.

I don’t know how people can give this hotel a good review. We checked in, saw the room, and checked out. Your car is parked for a fee in a valet style lot. You have trouble accessing your car and they keep your keys. Not amenable to having a pet there. Also homeless people sleeping rough across the street. Management difficult to contact so you can deal with your issues.

Parc Suites is a brilliant place to stay for a couple of days while you explore Montreal. In addition to beds and a bathroom, the rooms also feature a minimalist kitchen with stovetops, a fridge, and some basic cookware. If you're up for it, you can easily prepare any meal here – especially since there's a well-stocked supermarket less than 5 minutes away. Equally close are various restaurants offering reasonably priced meals. Downtown and, a bit further, Old Montreal are within walking distance. So is the magnificent Mount Royal Park – and the metro and buses if you want to explore more of the city. Your small apartment is cleaned daily, the bed is made, and fresh coffee is provided, so you can brew yourself a cup while checking emails via the reliable Wi-Fi. If you're driving, you can rent a parking spot behind the hotel. Easy-peasy!
