we loved this hotel👍 shuttle from the airport with check-in after a canceled flight was uneventful. the room was very clean. bed great! however, what really made this a great stay was the incredible service by nancy, who served us phenomenal scratch, fresh omelettes, and samantha, who made breakfast and later a beer at the bar, delightful 👏 superb customer service!

Loved this hotel! I booked directly through Hilton’s website for day use, and the entire process was seamless. After landing, I called the hotel and the complimentary shuttle picked me up promptly. The drive from the airport took about 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic. The staff member who checked me in was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and felt newly renovated. I would absolutely stay here again for any long layover at YUL.
