Quite a modern hotel in a convenient location with beautiful large rooms. Unfortunately, there is no dining available in the evening.

A reservation was made by mistake and the hotel categorically refuses to accept the cancellation. Furthermore, they lied during our phone conversation by claiming they had received no request, while it was denied only a few minutes after my call. Such behavior towards customers is unacceptable and shameful.
