St. Paul Hotel

Hotel is located at the top of St. Paul Ave a long mostly pedestrian street with a lot of shops, restaurants and clubs. The vibe at the hotel is sophisticated. The decor in the room is nice and there’s a large deep bathtub. Staff very helpful

Fairly average experience overall; we expected better for a "Boutique Hotel"; everything is very dark; we had a "superior" room for 3 adults and we were really not comfortable with 2 140cm beds; it was not suitable; moreover, all the equipment was intended for 2 adults and not for 3; we had to ask for bath towels and water for the 3rd person and the reception seemed surprised by our request. The bar was closed during our stay, so it was impossible to have a drink there when returning from our city visits; we did not test the lunch. For us, it was not a good experience because our room did not meet our expectations or the photos on the hotel's website. However, the location is ideal.

Generally nice hotel well located. We stayed here for three nights in spacey room (at full cost). There is only valet parking but the valets were nice and helpful. Slight downgrade from excellent for rather aged plumbing and lack of acknowledgement of Marriott Bonvoy membership (upon checkin the clerk flatly denied that the hotel was part of Bonvoy; upon checkout a different clerk confirmed they were but that they didn't have my info at all - even though I made the reservation through the Bonvoy app.)
