Wonderful hotel! Very convenient to all! Cozy and clean. Lovely experience. Walking up 4 flights was not a problem. Worth it all!

Parking was interesting, but we got it sorted out. Autonomous check in checkout was fine. Availability for questions and concerns was not an issue.

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago, and we had kept an excellent memory of it... I had liked the setting (which hasn't changed), the warmth and the friendliness (which no longer exist)... no more welcome... replaced by a telephone handset! No more breakfasts... outsourced! It has become a hotel without a soul, with lifeless hallways. What a shame!!! Next time, I will go to the Hilton!
