Hotel Le Saint-Germain

The room is huge and includes a small kitchen. It was written partial river view, but we could see it very well! We were able to see some magnificent sunsets! The staff is also very pleasant :)

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with how my situation was handled; I expected much better treatment and follow-up. Last night, I placed my running shoes under the heater while it was turned off. When I woke up this morning, I found them completely burnt because the heating was turned on late at night None of the managers or staff members bothered to address the issue properly with me. All I received was a generic apology via email. The shoes are brand new from the brand 'On' (OC) and cost $140 USD. I am extremely dissatisfied with this customer service. Management didn't even bother to make a simple phone call to inquire about what happened

We were very well received by stephane the room is very clean , fully equipped, very comfortable mattress! Excellent value for money, lunch included and hearty. The hotel is very well located, overlooking the river and right in the city center. I highly recommend!!
