We had an excellent stay- all of the employees are extremely kind and welcoming. Request a city view room to not hear the highway. If you are an IHG member, you can request a late check out- we were allowed to leave at 1 instead of noon. 5 stars!!!

Noise and again noise all night room poorly soundproofed, we heard the trucks on the highway all night. A white noise machine on the bedside table to try to muffle the noise of trucks. These are their solutions to fool customers. A blatant lack of respect for the guests, especially at the price of the room. Lunch not eatable, cold or lukewarm. The next day we checked out and the employee told us: you should have booked the soft side of the hotel. Since when a hotel with a soft side and a noisy side. Out of the breach of trust in the guests, this hotel does not deserve people to book to live a hellish night. They deserve to close and renovate the soundproofing of the rooms.
