This hotel recently denied entry to a blind guest accompanied by a certified service animal, an action that is both discriminatory and in violation of Canadian accessibility laws. Service animals are legally protected, and refusing access is a serious breach of human rights. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and shows a troubling lack of respect for accessibility and inclusion. People should strongly reconsider staying here.

Our family of four booked three nights for a hockey tournament. Truly terrible experience with the front desk staff. Extremely rude and dissmissive. Management was just as bad. I've never left a bad review for a hotel before. We were shocked. Ruined our weekend.
