The hotel and site were nice and clean - prime location in the old port of Montreal BUT get ready to pay the price at night for extremely loud music/partying/drunks/fights and people yelling and screaming until almost 4am. My wife and I, planned a small weekend gateway for the 1st time in 1 year - we have 2 boys under 2 and this was our 1st weekend to "relax and sleep"...needless to say we sleep better at home finally. If you plan to go relax try to avoid the weekends, as it get's extremely loud and disruptive - wish we could have been warned at the check-in about this, I would have gladly paid more for another room or simply asked to be in a different wing of the hotel/higher floor perhaps. The funny thing is that the next day when I checked out, I was asked how was my night, and right away she knew that it was horrible and knew it was about the noise as they had many complaints...I guess it recurrent

All in all, most of our stay was average and a bit lacking for what we paid. When we arrived, service was a bit slow and lacking. Our suite was nice and clean but unfortunately it only had one thermostat for the entire suite (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, hall and living room). From what we gathered not all suites are like that and we were a bit unlucky. The restaurant didn’t have many options and during breakfast we had to wait close to an hour for a simple breakfast while only 4 tables were being served. Staff was generally friendly and helpful. Despite everything being pretty mediocre for the price, there was one thing, or rather two people who made our stay here unforgettable! Our bartenders Mia and Raf were awesome and fun bartenders! They were a lot of fun to talk with and served us some great cocktails!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn't have been better. The moment you step outside, you're surrounded by the beautiful cobblestone streets that make Old Montreal feel so charming and unique. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet side street just off the main strip, putting countless restaurants, cafés, and shops right outside your door while still offering a peaceful place to relax. Even downtown is within easy walking distance. We felt very safe walking around the area at all hours, which made exploring even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, and our room was incredibly spacious. We especially appreciated having breakfast included. The food was always fresh and delicious, and the wait staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and patient. One of our favorite features was the room itself. It was equipped with a cooktop, pots and pans, a microwave, refrigerator, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like having our own little apartment in the heart of Old Montreal. Overall, this was a lovely, comfortable, and memorable stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal.
