We chose this establishment for our weekend in Tadoussac. Promised bed and breakfast turned into a bed in a tiny room with cardboard walls... No breakfast at all, supposedly because of the COVID. The customer service was a big disappointment. The front desk agent was very cold and did not provide us with any information. Afterward, we tried to reach her a couple of times but she was never there. As for the room itself, it was clean, however, desperately missing some space. The biggest disadvantage was the constant noise, we were able to hear every step of our neighbors, as well as their conversations. Even though the curfew is supposed to be at 11, someone decided to throw a party in the open area which, together with all other noises, made it impossible to sleep until like 5 am. All in all, totally not worth the money and almost screwed up our vacation. I don’t know if this hotel cares about its reputation but I would like to be contacted by the management in order to find a resolution.

Room was not in the main building shown in the photo on booking.com, for example, but in a long shabby-looking motel block behind. The main building turned out to be just for b&b guests. The name of the firm includes the word "suites" but a suite by definition has a series of connected rooms ON THE SAME FLOOR! Our room was on the second floor and had no door(!), but instead a concrete staircase of at least twenty steps, which led down to a (shared???) long corridor with the cramped bathroom at the end of it. It all felt very unsafe. The car park was rough, and the noise from the very close and steep multi-lane highway to the ferry was horrendous, with trucks labouring uphill through the gears and (engine-) braking downhill. The receptionist seemed very embarrassed about the room when she showed it to us and was not overly surprised when we refused to stay in such misleadingly described accommodation. However she was on orders from her boss not to reimburse disgruntled guests. So we left, CAN 113,04 out of pocket and in search of another room for the night. Very disappointing and put us off the town of Tadoussac for good.
