Tadoussac Hotel (Seasonal Hotel)

We were very disappointed; the hotel is very beautiful on the outside and very well located but that is the only positive point along with the reception; old-fashioned hotel, stuck in the past; the 1st room that was assigned to us for 3 was very small and smelled very bad; we were able to get moved to another room by insisting heavily, but what a disappointment. Old-fashioned furniture, dusty carpet everywhere; old furniture, you get the impression of being in a facility for the elderly; breakfast to avoid, nothing was fresh except the made-to-order pancakes which created an endless line. Scrambled eggs overcooked. Nothing fresh..... Reception at the dining room very rushed and unpleasant except with a few guests. We do not recommend it and if we return to Tadoussac it will certainly not be in this hotel.

Very beautiful hotel from the outside. The rooms are simple and old-fashioned with carpeting. However, we slept very well and our room being located in the wing (without a view) was quiet. Furthermore, the staff and especially the young man (French from Perpignan) were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was average, few or no fresh products. The price is in my opinion too high but you pay for the location.

Quite a grand, traditional hotel but showing its age a bit. No a/c. Comfy bed. There are lovely gardens sloping down to the shore. Very good breakfast buffet, eggs cooked to order however you like. We didn't eat in the restaurant as it looked a bit stuffy and the reviews weren't great.
