The heating system was so noisy that we hardly slept all night. It's a shame, because the price was affordable and we used to stop at this hotel by snowmobile. I'm not thinking about going back.

Not worth the price they charge to stay at this hotel. Dirty dishes in my room upon arrival, the climate control device in the room was extremely noisy, every morning, for the 3 nights I was there, around 5am multiple and repeated loud bang sounds 7-8x in a row followed by another series and then a 3rd even. No idea what it was, might even have been from the industrial complexe across the road. If I ever need a hotel in Val-d'Or again, despite this one SEEMINGLY being the most "upscale" in town it was far from worth the price.

Very expensive price for what it is... I did not get the room I booked, dishes room in my room. Assuming that by booking directly with them they give 5% less than the Expedia price, it’s not true my colleague to book with Expédia and had her room quite cheaper than me. Setting the temperature in my room was a nightmare and it was excessively loud. I won’t find it unless I’m wrong.
