Pros-Overall hotel is very neat and tidy. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Decent price Comfortable beds. Cons- insufficient lighting in rooms. Ventilation poor My room was very damp. Could not dry it out even with air-conditioning on all day and bathroom vent on continually. I don’t feel the bathroom vent was working very well at all. Clothes felt wet every morning With the ventilation fixed I would give a 4 point rating.

I went to ask for a room and the guy asked me if i had a reservation and i said no because we were just driving through. The lady behind the desk yelled at me and said there is no rooms for us and told me to get out so i left the worst customer service ever.My opion is if you want people to stay in the hotel is to teach your staff some manners or you are going to lose the hotel. the worst experience ever.

This Hotel was deemed "uninhabitable" by CN Rail for its employees to stay in due to Heath concerns. I wish I had known this information before I had stayed at this HELL HOLE!! TERRIBLE STAFF!! 0/10 There was a bag of empty beer cans in the lobby for 3 days, not to mention the lack of front desk associates, just a phone.
