Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Prince Albert

Stayed here with my family and there was a party going on next door.. Asked politely to the staff to try and shut it down but it did not happen. They then made a racist remark saying “Indigenous people expect princess treatment”.. Had nothing to do with wanting to have a peaceful sleep for a room I paid for, would not recommend if your planning to come here with family. We then went to a different hotel in the middle of the night due to the noise and nothing being done about it.

Nice clean hotel with very good free breakfast. The rooms are outdated but very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly. very easy access and good location.

While the room and beds were clean, the entire hotel is a dump. Everything’s old and worn. The tile in the shower, the bathtub, the paint- all old and stained or chipping. The drywall is bubbling in spots. The pool area looked like a pool in a prison or something. It was so uninviting and the hottub was empty, surrounded by yellow caution tape. The staff were not overly friendly by any means. Front desk staff did not initiate greetings or farewells upon coming and going. There is absolutely nothing nice about this hotel. You get what you pay for, unfortunately
