WESTGATE INN MOTEL

Pillows need to be changed. Bath Towels are for kids. Please if you want to charge $100 plus a night Can u change your pillows every 3 months. Room was clean I could not sleep here all night big bits all in my hands and legs.

So I booked a reservation on Hotels.com. thinking it was owned by Westgate the big hotel chain. It is not! It's a motel with no key card . You get a key. Odd! The front desk lady told me that a few of the rooms had the carpets clean the other day and that it could still be wet! Checked in my room. It literally smelled like somebody took a dump in the room! I asked to change the room. The smell of the rooms that got "carpet cleaned" got worst and worst! So we got moved to upstairs room. Still smelled like feces! So I called hotels.com and they canceled my reservation and I booked elsewhere! It was not worth $100! Felt like a basement dungeon with wet stinky floors!

This is my first time in Canada. I came as a settler. The hotel is at very affordable prices. Despite bad reviews , I will recommend this place. My room was clean. Enormously grateful to the manager. Very helpful Indian guy. He assisted us in everything we needed as newcomers.
