Perfect location and breathtaking view. Dated property that needs renovation, but it is clean. The beach is far away; to reach it, there is a staircase or a downhill road that then becomes a challenging climb on the way back. There is no shuttle service provided. It is not suitable for those who do not walk well. An elderly lady this week saw the beach from above and could not reach it despite numerous requests, even offering to pay. The room service is mediocre. Room cleaning always happens very late, and they enter the room even if you put up the do not disturb sign. Towel changes do not always happen every day, and it happened that we could not wash due to a lack of water. It is an international resort. For those accustomed to good entertainment, do not expect great things. Participation in general is low. The level of the shows and entertainment is mediocre. Our praise goes to some of the entertainment staff because, despite everything, they put their hearts into it: MICHELA for the be free program but also for the adults, LUCA and MATTEO for sports. We will keep a wonderful memory and hope to see you again at another resort. The local entertainment staff are very nice and, in my opinion, should be valued more, especially for their great dancing ability.

Good morning, at this moment I should still be happy because I am still on vacation but it is not possible to be so. I am at Bravo Praia De Chaves and it is an experience "if that can be defined as such" that I have never encountered before. Hygiene standards were not present anywhere. I requested a change of structure but the ALPITUR assistance wanted to charge me the full fee for the two Resorts. I have photos and videos but I can only publish photos.

I will request a refund. I believe this is sufficiently comprehensive as it is.
