Alborada Hotel

Everything is literally mediocre. Rooms without air conditioning, dilapidated bed, hotel generally destroyed and dirty. Diminutive parking with risk of scraping the bumper down the slope it has at the entrance. Inoperative personnel. Buffet breakfast is just a little table with some cold cuts and canned fruits, 8 in the morning and they don't have the eggs ready. It is a real shame and a disgusting hotel, I may seem exaggerated but this hotel is far from what it promotes do not have a single amenity and the basic things that any hotel offers here simply does not exist or are so mediocre that it is better not to occupy them.

Receptionist Isolina, very friendly, made us feel at home. A very good and varied breakfast, the breakfast hostess is also very friendly. We will definitely return. Excellent value for money and the location is very good. Thank you!

Not only does the hotel have a perfect central location near all the restaurants, central plaza and century architecture, it offers excellent quality at a reasonable price. The rooms are super clean, somewhat spartan and the setting is quiet for its mid-city location. A unique leafy walkway whisks you away from the hustle and bustle of the city and brings you to the quiet calm of the living areas. Breakfast is quite reasonable with healthy options. Alexis at the front desk was very welcoming and made me feel like the most valued guest of the year, Sebastian was super helpful and Roxana's smile at the breakfast buffet took away the pre-coffee sting of the morning. Thank you to all of them for making my stay a complete pleasure. I will always return to the Hotel Alborada. Sharyl T
