Dirty from cutlery to hair on the sheet! Broken bath shower. Portable air alone in the living room with terrible noise. The window doesn't close so the cold is awful! Plugs that don't work! Maintenance of the horrific unit! I do not return or recommend

Located in the centre of Santiago within walking distance of Cerro San Cristobal,a supermarket & many good restaurants around the corner and a VERY helpfull staff! Also in English if necessary! Airport transfer and trips to Valparaiso etc. are offered. WIFI is good. Appartments are clean,safe and priceworthy!

We arrived in late (1am) and the staff made us feel very welcome and get us info on things to do the next day. Room are perfect for a short stay, clean, air con etc. Also went out of their way to provide us with thing to do in our next city we visited. Recommend!!
