Crowne Plaza Santiago

I went for participation in a conference, and Cristian's attention in the restaurant was excellent. Very attentive and concerned about the well-being of the guests. Congratulations.

This hotel is located in the center of Santiago. Its facilities and rooms are very old and need remodeling. It has a pool on the 3rd floor and a kind of "running track." The staff is charming. What I liked the most was the breakfast, a great variety and everything was delicious. The worst part of this hotel is the area where it is located, a dangerous area as there are constant thefts.
