Hotel with good location. Breakfast with fruit, bread, cakes, eggs, coffee, juice, milk. When the guest leaves very early for the tours is offered a quick and reduced coffee. Requested and polite staff. Clean rooms. On the first night we did not like the mattress, but it was changed when we requested.

Excellent location, full shopping center, quick access to metro restaurants and services. Comfortable room with no outside noise, has a frigo bar, hot water and cable TV. American breakfast, availability of taxi to airport, has restaurant annexed to the hotel, excellent menu. Excellent care from the reception staff, always willing and diligent. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel located in a strategic location in the Providencia neighborhood. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Although the decor is not fully updated, it is still an extremely warm and welcoming place for guests. Varied breakfast, breads, puddings, cold meats, eggs, fresh fruits, etc. Excellent service!!!! All staff, front desk, breakfast, doors, lobby, etc, always very friendly, attentive and predisposed to help a very good stay. Walking distance to Costanera Center and MUT. A neighborhood full of restaurants where we dined excellent tb! We highly recommend this hotel! Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel
