Holiday Inn Express Santiago Las Condes

The Holiday Inn in Las Condes is a good business hotel, with proper rooms and a good breakfast area. It would take little to make the breakfast worthy of a 5-star rating.

The condition of the room was deplorable; I booked for 3 nights but only stayed one night because the room was halfway through renovations and was truly uninhabitable. To make matters worse, my company prepaid for the room, and I had to pay for it again. A total disaster.

Excellent bedroom, 10/10. But they are remodeling the dining room and breakfast service is basic.
