I stayed here for four nights recently. Whilst it’s not exactly mid downtown it’s in a really affluent, safe and convenient location right next to the Escular Militar metro station. It’s also not really a hotel but more so serviced apartments which have a reception room on the second floor. The downside to this is it can feel a bit isolated and particularly if you have the Spanish language barrier. The girl on reception couldn’t speak any English which is perfectly acceptable and my Spanish is no better but it can cause a few complications at times. The plumbing in the apartments isn’t great either. Apart from this the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The rooftop pool was fantastic too. Very warm! Overall the location is great too and the supermarket on the ground floor is extremely handy. It’s the kind of place where I mightn’t like staying here on my own for my first visit but now that I know the city I’d have no problem in staying here again.

Cleanneness needs to be improved, bed linen is not replaced on a daily basis bath towells old with holes in it. if you require assistance the duty manager requires you to go to the second floor to see him, luck of service personel.

Stayed here for a few days while in Santiago and was very good value for what I paid which was around the same cost of a "budget" chain hotel in England, I booked a one bedroom apartment. A lot more living space than an average hotel room, including kitchen and living room, towels and toiletries also provided and daily housekeeping service. This has all the amenities of a hotel except there is no room service or 24 hour reception so it's not really a hotel, I would describe it as serviced apartments. My bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean, there was a lot of traffic noise outside as there is a main road, but this quietened down in the evening and I hardly noticed it. I had a balcony also, but I think all the serviced apartments in this block have balconies, not sure. It's located a short stroll away from the Escuela Militar metro station (Red Line) in the upscale area of Las Condes, so security in the area is good and it's considered very safe. The reception is an office located on the 2nd floor of the building, it is not at the main ground floor reception. The breakfast included in the room rate is basic continental breakfast essentials provided every day like bread, coffee, tea, yoghurts, milk, snacks, not a buffet breakfast as what has been described on some travel booking websites. There are a few supermarkets in the underground shopping mall area near metro entrances, there is more than one metro exit and entrance, so check before you go or it's easy to get lost! There are also several cafes and restaurants around the metro subway shopping area, so it's a useful location. I also recommend Mizu sushi restaurant next to the entrance of the apartments, they do takeaway food too. There is also a pizza restaurant the other side and a small convenience store open until 11pm. I think next time I go to Santiago I will stay here again as it's a good location for the price and hopefully the swimming pool and jacuzzi on the top floor will be all ready next time as it was unfortunately undergoing renovation and being re-painted when I was staying. The gym looked like it needed some improvement with new equipment too, but that appeared to be having a makeover, so I just stayed when work was being done as it wasn't a busy time of year. It's the sort of place that is ideal for businessmen, couples or solo travellers wanting more space than a hotel room in a nice part of town.
