I had an excellent experience during my stay. The facilities were impeccable, the rooms were comfortable and cozy, and the staff stood out for their kindness, willingness, and professionalism at all times. The service was of great quality, with attention to details that made a difference. Additionally, the location and the services offered contributed to a very pleasant stay. Without a doubt, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future.

Very comfortable and good sized rooms, great bed, nice bathrooms, location in front of a mall with restaurants in the vicinity. The reason I’m giving it four not five stars is that the breakfast buffet was a little underwhelming - the eggs and ham tasted a little strange, the cheesecake was bland. A hotel of this category should up its game for breakfast!

Bad experience leaving my wife and daughter in the heated pool, pool maintenance with exposed electrical wires, and inadequate pool temperature due to poor management by maintenance.
