Tulip Inn Presidente

I stayed 3 nights in early March. The location is excellent, very close to the subway Metro Line 1) in a safe and beautiful neighborhood (Providencia). I booked the smallest room knowing I would get a narrow single bed, which was OK for me. The linens were fresh and impeccable, with 2 very comfy pillows. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the shower drain being clogged which I reported to the concierge. They did send someone to look at it, but the problem couldn't be solved during the weekend, so they gave me upgrade to a larger room with a nice double-sized bed. The breakfast buffet was perfect to start off the day . A nice and plentiful selection of fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, cheese/ham, eggs, pastries, and beverages. Everything was spotless clean, and a friendly attendant present at all times, and quick to replenish empty trays. I definitely recommend the hotel for short stays. It has all the basic amenities you would expect and very friendly, professional service. I'd like to give a special thank you to the entire lovely staff: Jenny, Andrea, Bernarda, Sofia, Jhonny, Barbara, Melania. I would recommend the rooms with double-size beds if you're staying longer and need a bit more room.

I thought this hotel would keep the excellent service we had in Puerto Montt, that's why I stayed, but it was a mess, very small rooms and bathroom, bad service and zero empathy with the passengers, I do NOT recommend this Hotel..

Very good fluffy pillows I liked the quality of sheets and towels.All very new.The professionalism of the service personnel.
