Vo Suites

I stayed here for a few nights on business. The apartments are located on the six floor of a an older green color residential apartment building. The first apartment they gave me was nothing short of a dump. It had an old squeaky bed that must have been decades old. I refused the room so they took me to another room #610 which at least had a bed of reasonable comfort. The entire apartment is dark and without much lighting. There is nothing modern in the apartment. All the furniture and amenities are old. It is rather small. Forget about two person accommodation. The blinds on one side of the room were broken. When I requested an iron they said they didn't have one to lend. After insisting they were able to locate one. The breakfast they provide is hardly a breakfast. Two pieces of bread and a warm yogurt. The bathroom is small. The shower stall was small and slippery. They have a small burner in the kitchenette area that did not work. There was no coffee maker to make your own coffee in the morning. The apartment had no electrical adapters for my US electronics so I had to find a store to buy my own adapters so that I could charge my laptop and phone. There must be better options in Santiago for apartment rentals. I definitely will not return.

The apartment is nice but it isnt like the apartments you see in the pictures. It looks alittle bit worse than the ones you see in the pictures uploaded by the hotel. The servicr is fair but they dont have change so i had to wait 3 days to get my change back. The rooms are dirty and they dont have cleaning ladies.

The place is an apartment building in the city center. Check in is very slow. You need to be escorted to the 4th floor. They wanted to charge me 19% extra for using a credit card. I refused- difficult in Spanish. The room was clean. Had a few utensils in the kitchen. Our wifi password didn't work. They forgot to give us towels and there was no one to. All after hours. Beds were fine . We couldn't figure out the tv.
