Nice situation , very close to the great place Excellent breakfast One of the two rooms had an empty fridge ! Excellent quality vs price Rooms are comfortable but small ; Fitness was correct and the sauna room great

I blame Expedia for false advertising. This was the worst place I have stayed in in over 30 years. They said they had a pool - hardly full and full of algae. Health club - well it had a fire months if not years ago - all burned. Hot tubs - covered in plywood. Elevators did not work. No room service - no breakfast buffet. They put in our fridge after taking the towels out two sandwiches (if that what you call them) disgusting disgusting. Fan had dust and crude in it as did the bathroom fan. It was so bad - NEVER NEVER stay there. Construction around the area is loud as well as dusty

I have stayed @ this hotel on February 10 and 11, 2010. I have forgotten my i-Pod-touch worth 550 US$ in the room (on the bedside table) after leaving the hotel. Two days later, after coming back from Valparaiso, my friend went back to pick it up and they said THEY DIDN'T FIND IT!! Impossible!! Don't ever stay @ this hotel!!
