Sheraton Miramar Hotel and Convention Center

We stayed in the presidential suite and we couldn't recommend it more. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. We loved the experience so much that we canceled all our plans after check-in and we just enjoyed being on the terrace.

The concierge “friend” at the door tells us that the restaurant is full. That we can't go in without reservation. That he'll call someone but that he wants us to come in. In the end we entered and empty inside etc. I have been many times in this hotel. Too bad today I wouldn't come back.

Wonderful hotel, it is the best I have been to Viña so far. The facilities are very nice, well maintained, the room amenities are what you expect, and the attention of the fantastic staff, especially my maids on the 6th floor, who left everything very clean and in order, all very attentive.
