On my first trip to China after the wonderful experience I had with the people of Shanghai and the courtesy of the hotel , I landed in xi’an and received an even more beautiful treatment , at the end of my trip I met the Beijing hotel the Asia hotel that took away a breakfast even though the agency had told me it was included and I paid for it , the pool service that was not there because out of season and then the arrogance of the staff , to finish the unwelcoming room with substandard body cleaners (shampoo , body wash, etc.) . Never again in this hotel, would not recommend it to anyone

This hotel was great. Location was really good and near the metro station which was easy to use, My room was lovely and clean. The staff were all amazing and couldnt do more for you. I asked one day if they had any Nutella and they got some for the following morning. Buffet Breakfast had so much choice you really cant go wrong withthis hotel

AM_Ms-Tan what a lovely person helped us out when we checked out , we used the pool while waiting for our flight. Very nice hotel and great service .
