Crowne Plaza International Airport

My family checked in earlier than i did and my wife confirmed with the front desk that I could pick up a room card when I arrived. I arrived at 11.45 pm and gave the front desk my ID card. After 5 minutes of waiting around she informed me that my name was not registered on the booking and she needed to confirm with my wife that it was ok to do so. So I said fine, call the room then. She said it was too late and she would not call the room as she was afraid the guests would complain. I just completely lost it. You want my wife to confirm that I am her husband but you won't call her room and you are afraid that she is asleep? what do you want me to do? So she made me call my wife on my phone, which I did. I would like to ask management, if you are so worried about security, how can you guarantee that the person I called is my wife? Plus your front desk had a copy of my ID card already, how much of a security issue is this. This was just inconveniencing a guest at midnight for no reason. Awful service.

A good hotel, a comfortable large bed in a spacious room, everything is thought out to the smallest detail: Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving cream, and disposable razors. The airport transfer works very well.

Nice hotel, comfortable but poorly soundproofed room. No service. Staff don't talk English.... No, I don't. Breakfast very average. Not a fresh fruit on the horizon. The restaurants are bad and the service too long. Swimming pool out of order. Sauna not bad, but horrible smell of sewage. Beurk. Well equipped gym.
